We prepared arrozcaldo during the Christmas gift-giving at the Our Lady of Lourdes Parish on December 22. It was windy and raining heavily that afternoon and was a bit cold. Parishioners waiting for the gift distribution at 4PM were more than delighted to receive a bowl of hot arrozcaldo from the Brother Knights. It must have been delicious because they did not stop until the cauldron was empty. More than 400 bowls were served.
