The new set of officers headed by Worthy Grand Knight Jovencio "Ben" Lara was officially installed on August 19, 2000 at the Central Park Gym. The installation rites began with a mass celebrated by Father Swamy. Brother Knights made up a respectable choir that evening. Families and friends attended the affair which was very successful. A hearty feast which doubled as a Birthday Party for Sir Knight Lando Matuguinas followed at the Grand Knight's residence.
